SterlingVapor E~Cigs Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a credit, replacement or refund.   Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Kits with more than one cartridge opened, that show signs of abuse, misuse or damage will not be accepted. Refunds or exchanges Will Not be made without the return of the item in question. We Do Not accept returns of e liquids, cartridges or cartomizers.  Atomizers, Giantomizers and Cartomizers come with a DOA warranty only and we must be notified within 3 Days of receipt of defective item.

In the case of defective merchandise or shipping issues of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will ship your replacement at our cost. All returned merchandise must be shipped in like new condition with all shipping materials. Returned items bust be shipped USPS PRIORITY 2-3 DAY SHIPPING SERVICE. Packages must include proper insuance and a destination tracking number.

In the case of a refund You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of  giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (7 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Or you may just use our Contact Us page to inform us of the problem

Shipping We Now Ship To Our Canada Neighbors: Flat Rate $12.95 Per Order.    Please allow up to 14 - 21 working days for orders sent to Canada. SterlingVapor E cig is not responsable for orders held in Canada Customs.

We can ship to any address within the United States and Canada

Our normal shipping rates within the USA are as follows:
All orders ship for the flat rate of $4.99 within the USA. USPS.  

We offer Express Mail by USPS. Please Note: Some Postal Zones the Post Office will not guarantee next day delivery. It can take up to two days to receive in those zones. Please contact us if you need Express Mail Service or Global Express

Orders placed by 12:00PM Mon - Fri will go out that same day.

SterlingVapor E cigs is not liable for orders held over in customs. Please allow 10 to 21 working days to recieve your order once it is shipped for International orders.

Sterling Vapor E~Cigs is not liable for damages incurred in transit. However we will assist you in filing a claim. In the unlikley event your package is damaged in transit please keep all packing materials - including the outer box as you'll need these to expidite your claim.
